Pepperdine University Women's Leadership Series Offers Leading with Authenticity and Courage for a Fulfilling and Meaningful Career
LOS ANGELES - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Despite the abundant data that supports the need for more women in top management and the board room, the gender gap persists in the workforce in terms of the percentage of women in upper management, pay, career path, and leadership development. Key leadership issues women face in business and career will be addressed in a unique curriculum-based executive education program offered in February, March and May by the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. Each module contains two full-days of curriculum based programming led by Pepperdine women faculty members and two dinner discussion sessions led by women executives. Participants may register for each module individually or register for all three modules. Register for all three modules for a program discount and to receive three hours of coaching.
