More than 85 associates participated in donating over $5,400 in toys and clothing. This allowed Phoenix-based children, from newborn to 12 years of age, to have gifts to open during the holidays when it may otherwise not be possible.
In addition to participating in the Christmas Angel Program, the credit union's Payson branch collected supplies for the Payson Humane Society and the town's emergency shelter. An overwhelming response from associates and members resulted in both charities receiving more than 300 items, which included clothes, toys, gift cards, food, beds, cleaning supplies and blankets.
