held by the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC). The meeting will take
place January 4-7 in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Mr. Cotton's presentation is entitled, "Presidential Contracts:
The CIC's Presidents Institute is the largest annual meeting of college
and university presidents in the country, bringing together the chief
executives of independent colleges and universities to explore practical
approaches to the major issues faced by campus leaders. The theme of
