Health Plans Inc. Chooses CLICK4CARE to Optimize Member Health And Wellness

POWELL, Ohio - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Click4Care Inc., an award-winning software company providing its care management platform to enable high quality healthcare at reduced overall cost, today announced that Health Plans, Inc. of Westborough, Mass., a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan, has chosen Click4Care's innovative care management software to deliver information and facilitate communication among everyone in the care equation - providers, payors, hospitals, members and their designated caregivers - to optimize care and wellness.

Health Plans, Inc. joins other new clients recently announced by Click4Care, including Optima Health Plan of Virginia Beach, Va.; Riverside Health of Baltimore,Md.; and Hudson Health Plan of Tarrytown, N.Y. Click4Care has now signed ten new contracts since Q4 of 2010, as well as introduced a major release of the Click4Care software platform.
