SECAUCUS, N.J. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - More than 325 companies from around the world will converge at the Meadowlands Exposition Center to present what's new in the world of kosher at Kosherfest. Hundreds of new kosher certified foods, beverages, wines and spirits, as well as Jewish lifestyle products will fill the exhibit hall for the annual and much anticipated two-day trade show. The show opens at 9:00am Tuesday, November 13, with a keynote address; the exhibit hall will open at 10am.

Thousands of retail and foodservice trade buyers from supermarket, chain store and specialty food markets to caterers, chefs, and restaurateurs, will converge to seek out the newest trends in kosher for 2012-2013. The kosher food market is a $12,500,000,000 market growing at a rate of 15% annually, according to MINTEL, a marketing company.
