Do-It-Yourself Local Deal Platform for Small Businesses Leads to Record Growth for Signpost

NEW YORK - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Signpost, a do-it-yourself daily deal service for local businesses, has been experiencing 100 percent month-over-month growth since the February launch of its Merchant Center which empowers local businesses to create and distribute deals. This unique self-service platform gives merchants complete control over the discount amount, when each deal will be announced, timeframe in which the deals can be redeemed and a limit on the number of deals to be sold.

Created to help local businesses offer deals that will encourage repeat visits and acquire loyal customers, Signpost's Merchant Center also allows small businesses to receive a higher profit from the deals. Because the self-service approach eliminates the cost of a large sales force, Signpost's fees are significantly lower than traditional daily deal sites. The company's CRM tools offer other advantages, as Signpost can recommend your deals to consumers who have previously purchased similar deals in the merchant's neighborhood and give merchants the option to send messages directly to their existing customer base for no fee.

Signpost currently has over 300 exclusive deals and promotions on its platform that are live and has had established brands such as AllMenus.com, Bonobos, Elevation Burger and The Original Soupman creating do-it-yourself deals through the Merchant Center.
